Information we collect from you

It includes information you provide when you register to use our services, subscribe to our service, create any family groups and linx, participate in the social media functions provided by our services by posting content or interacting with other user of our services, purchase any of our services, report any post made by other users of our services and when you report a problem with our services. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description, photograph, the people and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them, the location and data of any photographs you upload to our services, any information contained in any posts on the site or messages you send to other users of the site, and your family and friend groups and networks. Where you purchase services on our services, we will collect any payment details you provide to us, including your credit or debit card number and other card information, any other card or transaction authentication in formation, and billing and other contact details.
- Information other users of our services provide to us. This is information about you which is posted or otherwise shared on our services by other users of our services, including any information about you which they post or upload to our services, photographs of you uploaded to our services, or any messages they send to you using our services.

It includes any information you provide to us about which users are categorised as family and which are members of any linx you create, the content you view and engage with, and the frequency and duration of your activities on our services. We also collect information from other users of our services about their connected groups and interactions with other users of our services, which may include information about you.
- Information we collect about you. We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our services, depending on the permissions you have granted. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:
- Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers.
- Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals.
- Connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address. We also collect information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

Sharing of your information through the services we provide on our services
The services we provide enable the users of our services to share information with other users of the site and to form social groups and network on the site. Sharing your information with other users of the site is integral to the provision of our service and enables users to share information in this manner.
Our services enable you to choose which families, friends and other connections are able to see which information you post, upload and share via our services. Users within your chosen groups may share this information with other users of the site or with other people, either on or off our services.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
